Penny joined the Marshall, Parker & Weber team as a traveling notary in October 2020 and also serves as an administrative assistant.
She was raised in Muncy and now lives in the Hughesville area with her husband, Scott. They have a son and daughter-in-law who live in Denver.
Penny is a retired special education teacher and enjoys reading, walking, attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
