Patti Jo has been an energetic part of the Marshall, Parker & Weber team since 1998. She was one of our first full-time staff members when our Williamsport office opened over two decades ago. Patti Jo works with our attorneys and families to create comprehensive estate and long-term care plans that will help our clients protect their land and assets for the future.  She has extensive experience assisting attorneys on complex estate planning cases that include business succession planning, LLCs, and Family Limited Partnerships.  The part of her job she loves the most is the time spent making connections with clients and their families; sometimes across generations!

In addition to her role as a Case Manager, Patti Jo is also the firm’s Director of Staff Education. She welcomes new employees and helps them learn the skills they will need to be part of the MPW team, in addition to providing support for in-house trainings.

Patti Jo has her bachelor’s degree in Education from Lock Haven University. Before joining Marshall, Parker & Weber, she worked in the marketing and financial underwriting departments of a national insurance brokerage firm.

She lives for warm weather, time spent outside, and wants to travel everywhere.
